Payment Policy

Shopping at Leap Wardrobe should be simple and convenient—and the payment process is no exception. Here is what you need to know:

All transactions are settled in US Dollars (USD). If your card uses a different currency, your bank will handle the currency conversion and may charge a fee; this is a matter between you and your bank.

2. Security

Your data is protected by SSL encryption from the moment you enter your payment details until the information is transmitted to our payment processor. We use Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified (the industry's strictest security standard).

We do not store your credit card number. Your card details are transmitted directly to the payment processor and never pass through our servers.

3. When You Are Charged

Your card will be charged at the time the order is placed. If we are unable to fulfill the order for any reason, we will issue a full refund within 3-5 business days.

4. Billing Information

Your billing name, address, and postal code must match the information on file with your bank. Mismatched information may trigger a fraud check, potentially delaying or cancelling your order.

5. Pricing

We strive to ensure accurate pricing. If an item is listed with an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund prior to shipment. We will notify you via email should this occur.

6. Payment Failure

If your payment is unsuccessful:

- Check your card number, expiration date, and CVV code

- Confirm that the billing address matches your bank records

- Ensure your card has not expired and has not reached its limit

- Try using a different card or payment method
