We strive to ensure that product photos, descriptions, fabric details, and prices are accurate. However, please note:

- Colors displayed on screens may differ slightly from the actual product

- Slight variations in fit, fabric, and color may occur between product batches

- Measurements are taken with the garment laid flat and may have minor discrepancies

- In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund prior to shipment

- All products are subject to availability

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax; sales tax will be calculated at checkout.

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject this offer.

Receipt of a confirmation email indicates only that we have received your order; it does not guarantee fulfillment or shipment. We may contact you for verification prior to shipment.

We are under no obligation to fulfill orders resulting from pricing errors caused by system malfunctions.

5. Payment

We accept American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa. All payments are processed via Shopify Payments, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.

6. Shipping

We ship from Los Angeles, California. Shipping is free for all orders within the United States (including its territories).

7. Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns of unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, text, logos, graphics, product descriptions, page layouts, and code—is owned by Leap Wardrobe or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

- Use our name, logo, or brand identity without written permission

- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from this website

- Impersonate Leap Wardrobe or claim an affiliation with us

You may save or print product pages for personal reference.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

These Terms do not limit any rights you may have under California or federal consumer protection laws, including the California Consumers Legal Remedies Act (CLRA).

13. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating a lawsuit, please contact us at info@leapwardrobey.com to attempt to resolve the issue through negotiation. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter within 30 days.

If negotiation fails, the dispute will be submitted to the American Arbitration Association (AAA) for binding individual arbitration, conducted in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations against Leap Wardrobe. If this waiver is found to be unenforceable, the aforementioned arbitration clause shall apply to class or collective claims.

Either party may seek a court order to prevent intellectual property infringement.

14. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining parts shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Leap Wardrobe. They supersede any prior agreements.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of the page will reflect the latest version. For significant changes, we will notify you via email or post an announcement on the website.
